SHOP RULES

Keeping in mind the rules for the MQLEXP store, we have made it possible for our customers to read the mentioned items carefully before buying in order to avoid possible losses.
Therefore, dear customers are requested to carefully read the rules written at the bottom of the page before buying

  • If the customer has received the product file, he cannot replace it with another product 
  • Refunds can be made when you have purchased the wrong product or discontinued it
  • Financial markets include financial risk. By purchasing the product, you have accepted the risk at your own risk and we will not be responsible for it.
  • We will have the support of the products that are by the main store i.e. website or MQL5 store, otherwise we will not take any responsibility.
  • MQLEXP does not have a representative or branch anywhere other than these official pages (website – MQL5 store), so beware of internet fraudsters.
  • The intellectual and intellectual property of all products belongs to MQLEXP and no one can copy or model it

Rules and conditions of cooperation in freelance projects
To ensure a professional and transparent cooperation, please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

1. Registering the project and providing explanations

  • All projects should be presented with detailed and clear descriptions of requirements and objectives.
    The employer is responsible for the correctness and completeness of the information provided.

2. Cost estimate and schedule

  • After receiving the request and checking the details, the cost and time required for the implementation of the project will be announced.
    The start time of the project will be determined after the employer approves and receives the advance payment.

3. Payments

  • 50% of the project amount is received as advance payment.
    The remaining 50% will be paid after the completion and delivery of the project.
    All payments are made through secure portals.

4. Delivery of the project

  • The project is delivered to the client in the agreed format (code file, documentation, etc.).
    If minor changes are needed in the project (up to 2 times), these changes will be made free of charge.
    Additional changes or new items will include new fees and schedules.

5. Support and service after delivery

  • All projects include a free support period (usually 14 days) after delivery.
    Problems related to the code or functionality of the Expert will be fixed free of charge during this period.
    Longer support services are provided with separate agreement and fee.

6. Ownership rights and use of code

  • Ownership rights of the project are assigned to the employer.
    The employer is allowed to use the codes and the project for personal or commercial use.
    We will not use the designed code as a portfolio or other projects without the permission of the client.

7. Project cancellation and refund

  • If the employer intends to cancel the project, the refund of the advance payment is only possible if the project has not yet started.
    If the work starts, an amount proportional to the progress of the project will be deducted and the rest will be returned.

8. Confidentiality of information

  • All information and strategies provided by the employer are treated as confidential information.
    We promise that this information will not be published or used in other projects without the employer’s permission.

9. Limited liability

  • We guarantee that the delivered project will be designed exactly according to the stated specifications and requirements.
    We are not responsible for any financial losses caused by the use of expert or indicator designed in the real market.

10. Changes to Rules

  • These rules may be updated at any time. The employer is obliged to read the updated rules before starting the new project.
